Instructions

1. Check the availability of the conference rooms.
2. Fill out the submission form below.
3. Please be sure all visitors fill out “71Xsuites Health Screening Questionnaire” at https://71xsuites.com/questionnaire/ within 24 hours prior to entry. Anyone in our community who has knowledge that they have or recently had COVID-19, suspects they have or had COVID-19 or cares for someone that has or had COVID-19 are required to notify 71Xsuites management team at covid19issues@71Xsuites.com

Notes

1. Reservations are on a first-come-first serve basis. We encourage you to schedule your meeting at least five days in advance.
2. Due to social distancing measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we’re limiting the capacity in the Pecan Conference Room from 14 to 10 people; and the Glass Conference Room from four to two people only.
3. Your requests will be processed within one business day and a staff member will send a confirmation email to notify you.
