71Xsuites – Health Screening Questionnaire
The health and safety of the 71Xsuites community and their families continues to be our top priority. In addition to all the measures initiated by 71Xsuites to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure, we are requiring that all clients, their employees, agents, principals and guests who enter our community complete a simple screening questionnaire. Your participation is vital in our efforts to keep you and everyone in our community protected in keeping with standards set by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Austin Public Health. We appreciate your understanding and your time.
Once approved entry to 71Xsuites, you may also be required to have your temperature taken prior to entry on the day of your visit. In addition, all guests of 71Xsuites are required to wear face coverings, and follow all hygienic practices and distancing guidelines in accordance with the standards currently in place within the community.
