In addition, they offer fantastic amenities which help bolster your productivity while at the office. I highly recommend 71Xsuites for anyone that is looking to acquire office space.

“…office space that is luxurious, spacious…”
Finding an executive-style office space that is luxurious, spacious, and has open-style co-working and shared spaces is difficult. Making sure the space is reasonably priced (with room to grow) is especially difficult. As an eight-person startup company whose team members live south of the river (near downtown) and west of Mopac, we were all tired of fighting traffic and paying $$ to work in downtown Austin. The location and build-out of the 71X Suites met all of our needs.

I’ve leased a space at 71x for just shy of two years now. The common areas, conference rooms and the kitchen are all kept clean. Custodian services come by every night and empty trash and recycling in your office. Management is very accommodating and easy to work with. It’s also a very well thought out space. A lot of natural light and modern finishes. Feels like your working in a legit office building complete with your own thermostatic for your specific space. And they have addition perks like a well stocked fridge, microwave, a nice automatic coffee machine, snacks, plates and cutlery. But you’re also right next door to Raw Shore Bar if packing a lunch isn’t your thing, or if you’re looking for a spot to grab after-work drinks with friends or colleagues. All around great location and very convenient!

As we move into our new office space we designed, we will miss the hospitality and service we enjoyed at 71X for two and a half years! When we launched our firm, we needed a furnished office space with a strong network, printing capabilities, and conference/break room amenities. We toured many corporate-feeling executive office spaces, but were blown away by thoughtful design, service, and conveniences offered by 71X Suites. As our company continued to grow, Bill and his team were very accommodating and helpful as we transitioned to larger offices. I cannot say enough good things about the facilities, staff, and service at 71X. Strongly recommend you check it out!!!

The Texas Dental Association leased a temporary suite at 71X in mid-2024 and we have been very happy with the space, amenities, and service! The common areas are kept very clean and well supplied with snacks and drinks that are greatly appreciated by our team. The conference rooms are perfect for small groups and the technology easily enables us to facilitate hybrid meetings. We’ve been so pleased, we have extended our lease for another 18 months while we search for permanent space.

Surveys are provided to make sure the kitchen pantry and fridge are stocked with what tenants actually want—such a thoughtful touch.
